Nexwd limited warranty
Every Nexwd system carries a complimentary 10-year limited warranty by component — frame, hardware and glass alike — plus an optional paid upgrade extending glass coverage to 20 years, transferable to a subsequent owner. This is Nexwd’s own warranty commitment, identical on every order regardless of which production line built it.
- Remedy is repair or replacement, at the manufacturer’s option.
- Colour match on a replacement part is not guaranteed. Finishes weather, and a new component may not match an installed one exactly.
- Labour is not covered. Removal, installation and re-installation costs are the owner’s responsibility.
Registering a warranty
Warranty support is handled through your Nexwd trade account or the dealer of record. To make a claim, use the claim form — give the QR code on the unit and we pull up the product, order and original warranty automatically.
NEXWD Limited Warranty — Windows & Doors
Standard 10-Year Limited Warranty (included with every order). NEXWD warrants that, under normal use and proper installation, the aluminum frame, factory-installed hardware, and screens supplied with this product are free from defects in material and workmanship for ten (10) years from the date of purchase. NEXWD will provide replacement parts at no charge for a covered defect; the customer is responsible for shipping on replacement parts and for all labor, removal, and reinstallation costs.
Optional 20-Year Transferable Warranty (available as a paid upgrade). Customers may purchase an official warranty document extending coverage to twenty (20) years on insulated glass units and impact-rated laminated glazing. This coverage transfers automatically to a subsequent owner upon sale of the property, without proration, provided the original documentation accompanies the transfer.
What isn't covered. Damage from improper installation or handling; ordinary weathering and wear; accidents, fire, or vandalism; civil disturbance; misuse or neglect; exposure to corrosive chemicals; condensation from ambient humidity or temperature difference; building settlement or structural movement; or events outside NEXWD's control, including severe weather such as hurricanes and tornadoes. Glass breakage or screen damage from wind-borne debris is not covered where the glazing performed within its tested design parameters; damage under conditions exceeding the unit's tested design pressure is not a manufacturing defect.
Claims. Submit a claim in writing with the order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos or video. NEXWD will repair or replace the affected part at its discretion; exact color/finish matching on repairs is not guaranteed.
Remedy and limitations. NEXWD's sole obligation is repair or replacement as described above. NEXWD is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for delays from events beyond its reasonable control. Any implied warranty is limited to the duration of this express warranty where permitted by applicable state law. Some states don't allow limits on implied warranties or exclusion of incidental/consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have other rights that vary by state.
