Shipping & Lead Times

Every order is made to your dimensions. The figure below is the entire door-to-door chain — production, customs, duties and delivery to your jobsite — not just the factory’s own production time, with nothing left for you to arrange separately.

RAPID ORDER COMPLETION
9–10 weeks, fully door-to-door

9–10 weeks, fully door-to-door

9–10 weeks total, from a confirmed production start to delivery at your jobsite: production, ocean freight, customs clearance, duties and final-mile delivery are all included in that single figure.

This is the real differentiator over a production-only quote: a shorter number that only covers factory time still leaves you to arrange and pay for customs, drayage and delivery as separate steps — this figure already includes them.

Shop drawings and a confirmed schedule before deposit

You receive shop drawings and a confirmed production schedule before the deposit is collected, so the 9–10 weeks starts from a real, agreed date rather than an estimate that shifts once drawings are finalized.

Ocean freight and drayage are booked and tracked on your specific order, not quoted as a separate line item after production finishes.

What is not covered by the headline figure

Made-to-drawing entry doors are drawn and built to your own drawings. The standard 9–10 week figure does not apply to them and we do not quote it on their pages.

Oversized units, structurally glazed assemblies and anything requiring a jurisdiction-specific approval package take longer, and we will say so before you commit.

Nothing is a schedule until it is in writing

Every figure on this page is a planning figure. The schedule that binds is the one confirmed in writing at order, against your approved drawings and the sailing available at that time.

If your programme has a fixed date, tell us early — we would rather decline a date than miss one you have built a sequence around.

How it arrives

Freight damage and mis-sorted units are the two things that cost a window delivery its schedule. Both are addressed before the container is loaded.

Five-layer packing in a non-fumigated timber crate

Each unit is packed in five layers inside a purpose-built wooden crate. The timber is non-fumigated, which is what keeps the crate itself from becoming a customs problem on arrival.

A traceable ID tag on every unit

Every window carries its own labelled tag, so a specific opening can be found in a stacked delivery without unwrapping units to identify them. On a multi-elevation job this is the difference between an hour and an afternoon.

Laser level and installation tool kit in the order

Each order ships with a laser level and an installation tool kit, plus installation manuals in English and Spanish. Nothing has to be sourced separately before the first unit goes in.

Crated in processed plywood, not solid timber

Units ship in non-fumigation plywood crates with paperboard and air-bubble protection. The distinction matters at the port: solid-timber packaging entering the US has to be heat-treated or fumigated and marked under ISPM 15, while manufactured wood such as plywood falls outside that rule. It is one fewer reason for a container to sit waiting for an inspector.

Protective film on the glass, on arrival

Glass ships under a translucent protective film that stays on through delivery and the messy end of construction, then peels off. It also saves the masking step before painting or plastering near the opening.

Weather seals specified, not assumed

An interior and exterior double sealing system with EPDM gaskets, selected for the system rather than fitted generically. Weatherstripping is where wind and water resistance is either earned or lost, and a double seal gives you two chances to hold the line rather than one.
